Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our print-on-demand products, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Non-Custom Products: Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at info@amaze.in or to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to obtain a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
